Peinado Sidecar
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Brandy Peinado 12 Years
- 25ml Cointreau
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- Orange twist for garnish
- Sugar for rimming
PREPARATION
- 1 Rim a coupe glass with sugar.
- 2 Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 3 Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 4 Double strain into the prepared glass.
- 5 Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the perfect acidity that balances the sweetness of the aged brandy.

Spanish Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Brandy Peinado 10 XO
- 120ml Hot espresso coffee
- 15ml Coffee liqueur
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon
PREPARATION
- 1 Warm a heat-resistant glass.
- 2 Pour in the brandy and coffee liqueur.
- 3 Add freshly brewed espresso.
- 4 Top with whipped cream.
- 5 Dust with ground cinnamon.

For a spectacular presentation, briefly flambé the brandy before adding the coffee.

Golden Alexander
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Brandy Peinado 20 Years
- 30ml White crème de cacao
- 30ml Heavy cream
- Fresh nutmeg
PREPARATION
- 1 Add brandy, crème de cacao, and cream to a shaker with ice.
- 2 Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold.
- 3 Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4 Grate fresh nutmeg over the surface.
BARTENDER'S TIP
The key is shaking enough so the cream integrates perfectly without separating.

Luxury Sangria
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml Brandy Peinado 10 XO
- 750ml Tempranillo red wine
- 50ml Triple sec
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 apple, cubed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Cinnamon stick
PREPARATION
- 1 In a large pitcher, combine wine, brandy, and triple sec.
- 2 Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- 3 Add the cut fruits and cinnamon.
- 4 Refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- 5 Serve over ice with a splash of soda if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Brandy Peinado 20 Years

- Luxardo cherry
PREPARATION
- 1 Place the sugar cube in an old fashioned glass.
- 2 Add bitters and a few drops of water.
- 3 Muddle until sugar dissolves.
- 4 Add a large ice cube and the brandy.
- 5 Stir gently and garnish with orange twist and cherry.

Use a large ice cube that melts slowly without over-diluting the cocktail.

Peinado Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Brandy Peinado 12 Years
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters for garnish
PREPARATION
- 1 Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker without ice.
- 2 Perform a vigorous dry shake for 15 seconds.
- 3 Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
- 4 Strain into a coupe glass.
- 5 Garnish with Angostura drops in a pattern.
